˝ cup sugar
1 cup of water
Boil together for 5 – 6 minutes. Cool in fridge then whip until stiff. Drop on waxed paper in teaspoon or tablespoons size drops wait until set. Remove off the paper with a wet knife & roll in coconut. Keep Jelly cakes in the fridge. Ideal for children’s parties
